You build and maintain the people engine of WorkWithAI: hiring coordination, talent quality, onboarding discipline, documentation, engagement, policy compliance, and workforce stability so the agency can scale without operational chaos.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end recruitment for approved roles: sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, evaluation, offers, and joining follow-up.
  • Keep a healthy pipeline for recurring roles such as editors, designers, AI artists, account managers, and freelance specialists.
  • Align hiring criteria with role outcomes: ownership, tool readiness, communication, and cultural fit.
  • Build structured onboarding: role clarity, SOP and tool access, reporting expectations, and 30-60-90 success paths.
  • Maintain employee documentation: offers, contracts, IDs, compensation records, probation notes, leave, and compliance files.
  • Coordinate performance review cycles with leads; keep KRAs, KPI sheets, and feedback current.
  • Track engagement, early attrition risk, attendance patterns, and performance concerns; escalate before delivery capacity suffers.
  • Build and maintain HR policies for attendance, leave, communication, access handling, confidentiality, freelancers, and discipline.
  • Support org design: job levels, role scope, hiring priorities, and workforce planning.
  • Strengthen employer branding and candidate experience under startup pace and high execution demands.

Requirements

  • About two to three years as an HR generalist or HR manager; agency, startup, media, or creative settings preferred.
  • Strong recruitment operations, onboarding, records, and people-process design.
  • Ability to judge both skill fit and startup readiness.
  • Clear written and verbal communication; disciplined spreadsheets and trackers.
  • Familiarity with labor compliance basics, contracts, and confidentiality practices.
  • High ownership, follow-through, and comfort with ambiguity.

Nice to have

  • Experience scaling people ops across time zones or hybrid teams.
  • Exposure to freelance and contractor engagement models.
