Project Manager
OperationsFull-timeRemote
You turn client commitments into organized internal execution. You keep creative production on schedule, remove blockers early, align stakeholders, and deliver on scope, timeline, and quality in a fast agency rhythm.
Responsibilities
- Run projects end to end from kickoff through final delivery: planning, staffing, milestones, feedback, and closure.
- Translate client briefs into task plans with deadlines, dependencies, owners, and review checkpoints.
- Maintain trackers so stakeholders see status, pending items, revisions, and risks in one place.
- Coordinate editors, AI artists, motion, copy, accounts, freelancers, and vendors so work keeps moving.
- Spot risks early: late assets, vague briefs, missing approvals, scope creep, overload, or quality bottlenecks.
- Drive accountability on dates and escalate before misses land on the client.
- Consolidate, prioritize, and assign feedback; protect revision control.
- Watch margin health by flagging avoidable delays, excess rounds, and weak scope control.
- Improve rhythm through SOPs, post-mortems, templates, and dashboards.
- Keep client communication proactive, predictable, and handoff-clean.
Requirements
- About two to five years in project or operations management in marketing, production, content, or creative services.
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management.
- Familiarity with campaign production, content pipelines, or post workflows.
- Relentless follow-up and escalation discipline plus solid documentation habits.
- Comfort juggling multiple clients and parallel deadlines without dropping detail.
- Calm under pressure; solution-oriented when plans change.
Nice to have
- Agency or studio delivery experience.
- Hands-on use of shared trackers, RAID logs, or delivery scorecards.
