You help the right clients find WorkWithAI at the right time. You run thoughtful outreach, discovery, and follow-up so opportunities move forward without pressure tactics. You care about clean pipeline hygiene, crisp notes, and handoffs that make the delivery team succeed.

Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify leads; book and run discovery conversations.
  • Document needs, budget signals, timelines, and next steps clearly in the CRM.
  • Coordinate smooth handoffs to solutions or leadership with full context.
  • Maintain polite, persistent follow-up that respects the buyer’s time.
  • Iterate messaging based on what resonates in the market.

Requirements

  • Experience in B2B or agency-adjacent sales, business development, or client success with a revenue lens.
  • Excellent communication skills: written and live conversation.
  • Comfort with CRM hygiene and light process discipline.
  • Self-directed working style in a remote setting.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling creative, marketing, or technology services.
  • Familiarity with proposal basics and scope conversations.
