Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads; book and run discovery conversations.
- Document needs, budget signals, timelines, and next steps clearly in the CRM.
- Coordinate smooth handoffs to solutions or leadership with full context.
- Maintain polite, persistent follow-up that respects the buyer’s time.
- Iterate messaging based on what resonates in the market.
Requirements
- Experience in B2B or agency-adjacent sales, business development, or client success with a revenue lens.
- Excellent communication skills: written and live conversation.
- Comfort with CRM hygiene and light process discipline.
- Self-directed working style in a remote setting.
Nice to have
- Experience selling creative, marketing, or technology services.
- Familiarity with proposal basics and scope conversations.
