Social Media Manager

MarketingFull-timeRemote

You own WorkWithAI and client social presence end to end: strategy, calendars, publishing, community, and performance signals. You turn briefs into scroll-stopping posts, keep tone consistent across brands, and help the team ship social that supports real business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and maintain content calendars across agreed platforms, aligned to campaigns, launches, and editorial priorities.
  • Write captions, hooks, and CTAs that match each brand voice; adapt copy for format, length, and platform norms.
  • Coordinate with creative for assets, reels, carousels, and UGC-style pieces; give clear specs and deadlines.
  • Schedule posts, monitor publishing, and catch issues before they go live (links, tags, spelling, brand guardrails).
  • Engage with comments and DMs where the playbook allows; escalate sensitive or contractual topics.
  • Track basics: reach, engagement, saves, clicks, and follower trends; summarize what is working and what to test next.
  • Run light experiments: posting times, formats, hooks, and creative angles; document learnings in simple notes.
  • Stay current on platform updates, ad-safe language, and format best practices for organic social.
  • Keep files, links, and approvals organized so handoffs to accounts and creative stay frictionless.

Requirements

  • Roughly two to four years in social media, content, or digital marketing for brands or agencies.
  • Strong short-form writing and editing; you can sound like more than one brand without sounding generic.
  • Hands-on experience with major networks (for example Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and short video where relevant).
  • Comfort with scheduling tools, simple analytics, and spreadsheets or Notion for calendars.
  • Organized, deadline-driven, and calm when multiple clients need attention in one week.
  • Clear async communication in a remote team; proactive when briefs or assets are unclear.

Nice to have

  • Experience with B2B and creative or agency-adjacent brands.
  • Basic comfort with design feedback or light tools (Canva, Figma comments, or similar).
  • Familiarity with paid social handoffs or boosting basics.
